Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs such as expedited shipping, customs fees, or duties (for international orders).
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Waterberry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Once the order is in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or if items are missing, please follow the steps below:

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations:

- Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
