- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items.
3. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is unused, and in the same condition you received it (i.e., unassembled, unopened, and without any signs of use).
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
